Your subscription will contain 24 delicious cookies, delivered every first Thursday of the month straight to your office.
The subscription won’t auto-renew as it only lasts as many months as you choose – the longer the subscription the more you save per box. Your first delivery will be charged at checkout and the remaining deliveries are included in the price of your subscription.
Our cookies are handmade and freshly baked on the day of despatch.

Please note that we bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any of the above.
Every month, members will receive a pre-selected box of 24 New York cookies. Some months, members will receive early access to our new and seasonal flavour, a month before it’s available to the public! You’ll find out the cookie box of the month one week before it ships and receive an email with tracking once the cookies are baked and despatched.
You will only be charged for the first delivery and then it’s free from then on, saving you loads not only on the cookies but on the delivery charges too.
Your first order will arrive on the delivery date selected at checkout, and subsequent orders will ship every first Thursday of each month.
If your subscription is purchased during the last week of the month, we won’t despatch another one by first Thursday week of the month so that you don’t receive too many cookies within a short period of time. For example, if you place your first subscription order on 28th of October for delivery on the 31st of October, we won’t send another box until 5th of December unless you leave us a note asking us to despatch in November as well.
Yes, you can change your address after you have received your first order.
Subscription is not eligible for pause or cancellations.

Our cookies are available for postage to all UK Mainland addresses. We dispatch products on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. We don’t dispatch on Fridays and 2 working days processing time is required for all orders from day of purchase. Select your delivery date at checkout and your order will be delivered with Royal Mail 24, Tuesdays to Fridays.
We recommend heating your New York Cookies for 5 mins at 150°C to enjoy them at their very best, but they can also be served at room temperature.
