Royal Mail DeliveryTreat yourself to a monthly indulgence with our New York Cookies Box subscription delivered straight to your door. Discover a rotating assortment of delicious cookies inspired by the vibrant tastes of New York City. From classic Chocolate Chip to decadent Red Velvet and delightful Funfetti, each box is designed to put a smile on your face. Your first box will be delivered with our next available delivery, and then you’re guaranteed a box every first Thursday of the month until your subscription runs out.
The subscription won’t renew as it only lasts as many months as you choose – the longer the subscription the more you save per box. Your first delivery will be charged at checkout and the remaining deliveries are included in the price of your subscription.
Our cookies are handmade and freshly baked on the day of despatch.
You're Amazing
Please note that we bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any of the above.
Every month, members will receive a pre-selected box of 6 New York cookies. Some months, members will receive early access to our new and seasonal flavour, a month before it’s available to the public! You’ll find out the cookie box of the month one week before it ships and receive an email with tracking once the cookies are baked and dispatched.
You will only be charged for the first delivery and then it’s free from then on, saving you loads on delivery charges.
Your first order will arrive on the delivery date selected at checkout, and subsequent orders will ship every 2nd week of each month.
If your subscription is purchased during the first week of the month, we won’t dispatch another one by the 2nd week of the month so that you don’t receive too many cookies within a short period of time. For example, if you place your first subscription order on 1st of October for delivery on the 4th of October, we won’t send another box until mid-November.
Yes, you can change your address after you have received your first order.
Subscription is not eligible for pause or cancellations.
Yes you can, just ensure when entering delivery information at checkout that it is your recipient’s information you provide.
Our cookies are available for postage to all UK Mainland addresses. We dispatch products on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. We don’t dispatch on Fridays and 2 working days processing time is required for all orders from day of purchase. Select your delivery date at checkout and your order will be delivered with Royal Mail 24, Tuesdays to Fridays.
We recommend heating your New York Cookies for 5 mins at 150°C to enjoy them at their very best, but they can also be served at room temperature.
