How quickly will my order arrive?
Our cookies are available for postage to all UK Mainland addresses. We dispatch products on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. We don’t dispatch on Fridays and 1 working day processing time is required for all orders from purchase before they are dispatched. Select your delivery date at checkout and your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, Tuesdays to Fridays.
Examples:
Orders placed up to 5pm on Monday would be dispatched on Wednesday for a Thursday delivery.
Orders placed after 5pm on Monday would be dispatched on Thursday for a Friday delivery.
Orders placed up to 5pm on Friday would be dispatched on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.
Orders placed after 5pm on Friday would be dispatched on Wednesday for a Thursday delivery.
Select your dispatch date at checkout factoring a 2 day processing time from the day and time of order.
Can I select a delivery date in the future?
Do you offer Express Shipping?
All orders are shipped using RoyalMail 24. Your order will be delivered next day Nationwide from when we ship. However, please factor in normal processing times for your order to be processed before they are dispatched.
What’s the best way to ensure my order arrives on a specific date?
In the shopping cart you can request the delivery date, and we’ll ship them out accordingly to ensure the freshest cookies possible.
While we try our best to deliver your order on the date requested, the courier may experience unexpected delays that are out of our control.
During peak holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Bank Holidays etc, we encourage customers to select a date 1-2 days before desired delivery to ensure your package will arrive in time for the holiday or special occasion.
Where is my order?
You’ll get an email confirmation immediately as soon as your order is placed on our site and receive another email with tracking number on the day of despatch.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder and add info@euphoriacakes.co.uk to your safe senders list.
Do you accept returns?
Given the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email info@euphoriacakes.co.uk to let us know what’s going on within 24 hours of receipt of your order, we will do our best to make it right. We will not accept liability of any complaints made after that period.
How do I place orders shipping to multiple addresses?
At this time, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time. If you have a big list (10 or more), we’re happy to help streamline the process. Simply email info@euphoriacakes.co.uk and we will help you place the order.
Can your NY cookies be despatched as a gift?
Certainly! Simply provide a delivery address separate from the billing address at checkout and we will take care of the rest, making sure your order is beautifully packaged, presented and delivered on time. You can even add a note at checkout to personalise your gift.
Are your NY cookies and brownies nut free?
Please note that all our cookies and brownies are made and baked in a kitchen that handles nuts. If you have a nut allergy, kindly CONTACT US to discuss your unique needs and we will be happy to accommodate your request as much as we possibly can.
