Refund/Returns
By ordering from us you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Payment is needed to confirm online orders and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed. For orders booked via an invoice pro forma payment is strongly recommended, and we reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the delivery date. Issuance and receipt of your invoice is taken as confirmation of your order and because we may have had to turn away other clients and start preparations for your order invoices will remain payable in the event of cancellation or postponement.
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final and we do not accept returns. Please see below our returns policy:
Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality (taste does not qualify, as it is subjective). Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your order upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
If you are unhappy with the condition of your order when it arrives, please provide us with photographic evidence showing any damage to begin the enquiry process and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will get straight back to you to sort it out.
Our baked goods ship within the UK only on a Next Day delivery service with RoyalMail 24. You will receive a notification on the day we ship and then another notification and time slot on the day of your delivery. All RoyalMail 24 deliveries are fully tracked.
All e-gift cards once purchased cannot be refunded. They are only redeemable for orders placed online. Any unspent balance will remain on the e-gift card for a year and can be used for future orders.
